"I spent 5 days working in a French restaurant, Le Porc, for a trial. Warm welcoming from everybody and a very friendly atmosphere, high quality brasserie cuisine, and I felt that every day I could have learned something new alongside the head chef. He is neither French nor Finnish but American. The kind of American chef who could make many French chef going back crying to their mother house.
It’s a kind of bistro, with authentic French product, a simple cuisine but not simplistic."
